If the experience does not have an explicit start time, the deadline to request a change or cancellation will generally be 11:59 PM, two days before the start date. Timing is calculated according to the time zone of the “Activity” experience.

If any product is labeled as “Promotional or Discounted Offers” or with a substantially and morally similar message (which includes but is not limited to all group reservations booked through the Group Booking Section), then it is non-refundable and will not be able to be changed or canceled after the booking has been made.

A limited number of services have different cancellation policies. In all circumstances, you should check the cancellation policy set out in the activity details in force at the time of your booking, which policy will apply to the cancellation terms and govern any refunds.

If you make a booking using a promotional code, or if you accept a discount or offer price, especially during the check-out process, you may void the discount or special offer price by submitting a change request after booking.

No refunds can be made once the experience has begun, or in respect of any product, accommodation, meals, or other services you have begun to avail.
